Approaches to Architectural Preservation and Adaptive Re-Use

These three participating firms—Omgivning, Kliment Halsband, and Beyer Blinder Belle—are leaders in retaining heritage, and, through subtle design and infrastructural measures, upgrading neglected structures for contemporary uses. Panelists will discuss their methodology in approaching projects, citing a few key examples, and lessons learnt that are applicable for interventions outside of LA and New York.
